All Saints Heritage Project
We are delighted to announce that The National Lottery Heritage Fund has given us a substantial grant as part of our All Saints Church Project.
This has already enabled us to complete the necessary drainage and masonry repairs, so that All Saints Church can continue to be used for many years to come as a community asset by our schools and local residents. After being shut for several months whilst the works took place the church reopened In June for services and to welcome the public back for events and schools and uniformed groups for visits.
The project includes community engagement with local schools and groups, events and the production of new interpretative materials, alongside enhancing the natural environment in the churchyard too. This is currently under way and the interpretation is in the planning stages, with several activities being held with our local uniformed groups and a filming project with Snodland CEP Primary School, looking at the rich history of All Saints Church.

September Survey to complete

This valuable feedback will help us to complete our project evaluation through our external evaluation partner, Osprey, and to also help shape our future vision for further project development. New facilities at historic church ensure ongoing welcome
In June 2026 we were visited by the communications team from the Diocese of Rochester, of which are church is part of. Following this they produced an article and film about The National Lottery Heritage Fund project and the importance of the church to our community.
